    Commission Process & Consultation

    A $20 consultation fee is required before beginning a commission. This includes:

    • A one-on-one discussion to refine your vision, themes, and artistic direction

    • Clarification on size, format, and any additional customization requests

    • A personalized timeline estimate based on project complexity (2-4 weeks turnaround)

    1. Submit a Request – Fill out the commission request form to share your idea, including subject, size, and any specific details. You will receive a response within 48 hours.

    2. Book a Consultation ($20 Fee) – If your request is approved, we’ll schedule a brief consultation to discuss your vision, preferred style, and intended use for the artwork.

    3. Receive a Quote & Timeline – Pricing is based on complexity and size. Turnaround time ranges from 2-4 weeks depending on the level of detail.

    4. Deposit Required – A 50% deposit is required to begin work on your piece.

    5. Progress Updates & Approval – You will receive sketches or previews at key stages for feedback and final approval before completion.

    6. Final Artwork Delivery – Digital commissions will be emailed in high resolution. Physical artwork can be shipped or picked up (shipping rates apply).

    You can commission portraits of literary and historical figures, activists, artists, teachers in your life, fictional book characters, or illustrations depicting specific cultural celebrations. Each piece will be thoughtfully designed to celebrate storytelling, education, and creativity.

    7. Do you offer refunds?

    Due to the nature of custom artwork, all sales are final. However, I will provide progress updates and revisions along the way to ensure satisfaction before completion.

    8.Can I order multiple pieces for my school or institution?
    Yes! Schools, libraries, and educational organizations can place bulk orders for multiple prints or custom commissions. Discounts may be available depending on the order size.

    9. What rights do I have to the commissioned artwork?
    Each commission comes with a personal and educational use license. This means:
